I think Ian's individual episode reviews are excellent, though I don't agree with him on every point. Especially when it comes to particular characters or episodes, I expect others to disagree. For example, I agree with you on Anya/Cordy, but take the other side for Dawn/Connor. And there are people who actually like IRYJ and dislike Bad Eggs. Can you even imagine?

Anyway, he's a good guy and worth watching. Full disclosure: he uses a lot of my stuff, so naturally I like that. :)
