Both of those songs are really familiar. I've heard them before. I just don't know where. (I did see a lot of 1950s movies in my youth, also my mother liked music more in that vein.)
Daniel Boone was long gone by the time I started watching television. My mother remembers the Daniel Boone Television series. She watched it. I came along in the late 1960s, and was watching stuff in the 1970s. Daniel Boon was gone by then. We got some stuff on the Wonderful World of Disney, but I don't remember Boone.
