It's possible - but if they stick with the comics, uncertain. Scarlett Witch has chaos power, which means she can alter the fabric of reality completely and maintain that for well, forever, per the comics. But they've changed her power so many times to fit whatever weird story they want, that it is hard to be certain of that.

I'm not sure where they are going with this. I was surprised when I realized she'd not taken the Vision's body and Haywood had lied to Monica Rambeau. So apparently Harkness and Wanda aren't being set up as the villains here.
