So much of it is deprogramming. I don't know if you saw my last post? But we received this from my workplace...that we had to change to non-gender specific pronouns.
This is the NY State Law on Gender Rights:
Legal Guidances on Gender Identity Expression
New York is basically the most progressive State in the US at the moment.
