I wasn't planning on cancelling the ophthalmologist appointment - I know I should do it. Optometrist isn't enough and my insurance does cover it apparently. Also my Dad has bad eye-sight and I've apparently got his eyes.
Also, have more or less chosen to keep the technician appointment. If I go directly home - not an issue, and I'll be home before 5. It's fine now, but I have been having weird issues in the evenings and during the day the past two weeks. And I need it - because still working remotely most of the time.
Interesting about LeGuinn. And not a bad idea. Names sometimes come to me, but not often, and usually I remembering a name from something else I read or saw, and it stuck with me. My difficulty is I forget the names, and end up not staying consistent in the story - or forget the spelling of them. So I've decided to do a character spreadsheet in Excel - makes it easier to keep track. I've Scrivener, but I lost a whole book in it once - when I had to update the software.
Dispossess sounds intriguing - I may hunt that one down. I've read mainly LeGuinn's short stories and children's books.
