Zip-lining was enough for me. I get a weird vertigo or spatial thing when up real high. It has to do with the fact that I honestly can't tell how far apart objects are in space. It's gotten worse as I've gotten older - due to eyesight issues. I honestly think I was more fearless about it as a small child - before I got glasses.
So, for me? The ground is racing up to meet me - which is disorienting and I always have a sense of falling. It's why I tend to avoid heights for the most part.
