I only owned brown shoes when I was a student and needed cheap shoes to save money. The pairs I bought had leather tops and thick soft plastic soles. They kept my feet drier in the rain than tennis shoes. I don't hate brown but don't wear much brown clothing.

I could put on my shoes longer ago than I can remember. I learned to tie them when I was about three or four. But I had to be shown more than once, before I could remember how.

I remember getting cotton candy all over my face as a little kid, haven't wanted it since.
