The only one likely to participate is Gellar. I don't see any of the other cast members returning. They've either moved on, left acting, are too old to reprise their roles, or wouldn't be asked (*cough*Brendan*cough*). And unless you were really into the whole slayer lore/verse and Gellar? There's no point.
