I've watched her in a few things...and her performances aren't as good as she was in Buffy for some reason or other, that I can't quite put my finger on? I'm wondering if it is the direction or the writing? Although I've admittedly not watched enough of Original Sin to comment on it. I've only seen two episodes, and the focus is definitely not on Gellar or Patrick Dempsey, but on Christian Slater, Dexter, and to a lesser degree his sister. Much like the original series. It's also not quite as well done as the original series.
I'll be surprised if it goes anywhere. Gellar and Marsters haven't quite had the luck with television series and films that Allison Hannigan and David Boreanze have had, although I'd say I thought Gellar and Marsters had more range.
