Oh, I saw that crash a few days ago. As I understood, there was a loss of steering — maybe a blackout, or the main engine just didn’t start. It happens sometimes, but mostly in the Navy, because in merchant shipping the maintenance is usually more efficient. Just my opinion. :)

About the news — I prefer to use the term information hygiene. It’s a very useful way to clear the mind. Honestly, I try to practice it, but in reality, I’m always waiting for something good, hoping to find a thread of hope to hold on to.

For mental health, it’s important to have clear, peaceful days. It feels like someone wants us to stay upset, without space for our own thoughts — all this bad energy from the news...
