There kind of is a central peak cafe? It has multiple vendors inside, and there's more than one. NYC isn't as crowded as Hong Kong - from what I've been told. (Never been to Hong Kong). Possibly because it's bigger or more spread out? Also we don't have the population that China has...or Hong Kong.
