Well don't see it just for Craig - he appears for maybe 15 -20 minutes. To be fair, his role isn't that large in the book either. It's bigger in Amber Spyglass as is Kidman's.
Although they are in the second book as well.

So Inkheart is also based on a book...interesting. I guess we have Rowlings and Peter Jackson to thank for the recent trend of bringing kids/adult fantasy novels to the screen. Saw several fantasy film previews during Compass.

Haven't watched Tin Man yet - do have it saved on my DVR though waiting for my perusual.
