Revenge is the one new show that has my (almost) unfettered praise. There's just enough of all the right things so far to make it work really well for me: the writing hasn't felt clunky, the acting is great, the basic plot is pretty much like catnip for me... I like the balance of the different time periods. I think that's going to be vital; keeping 'Emily' sympathetic as her schemes work is going to be tricky, so flashbacks to sweet young Amanda are necessary.

One reservation: the teen love triangle. Meh.
