No, I mentioned it on some other post a couple of days ago, though only in reference to losing the limb. (The pregnancy thing hadn't been confirmed then.) And then by the time she wrote the next story in the series, Herself forgot she'd had Buffy lose a leg, and when readers pointed out the discrepancy, she just handwaved that it had been fixed between stories by magic. So there's totally precedent for Canon!Buffy to be handwaved all better within an issue or two, as well! :D
