What's interesting about Spring Awakening, is I actually think from the You Tube vids I've seen of the original version that revival is so much better. The original isn't really all that new or innovative, no different than Next to Normal, Fun Home, or Rent, but Deaf West's version, I can honestly say that I've never seen that done before. It just jumped over the boundaries.
