Unfortunately with all the re-districting, I don't think it's possible to have that big a difference in Congress. At least not anytime soon. And from what I understand -- the Congress that's currently in place isn't exactly supporting Sanders's views.
Last term, we got more Republican's in than Democrats, again, in part, due to districting.
