I'm going to see if I can swing this, considering I haven't watched or thought hard about the series since 2010 or thereabouts.

Also, 55 days is a long ass meme. So, am going to do it differently. Instead of thinking hard about it, I'm doing quick off-the-top of my head answers...

55 Days of BtVS

favourite character - Spike

least favourite character - the Annoited One (if more major? Andrew)

favourite female character - Willow

least favourite female character - Amy (if more major character? Harmony)

favourite first scene of a character - Spike's entry in School Hard when he knocks the Sunnydale Sign Post Down and tells off the Annoited One.

favourite season - Season 2

least favourite season - Season 1

favourite season 1 episode - Angel

most horrible death -- Jenny (far more sadistic than Tara, which was accidental or Joyce which was natural)

favourite male character --Spike

least favourite male character ---the Annoited One (if major character? Andrew)

favourite season 2 episode - Passion

favourite episode -- Once More With Feeling

least favourite episode --- Teacher's Pet

favourite canon ship --- Spuffy

favourite non-canon ship --- Spangel

least favourite ship --- Willow/Kennedy

favourite season 3 episode --- Dopplegangland

the episode you’ve watched the most -- Fool for Love

something you wish hadn’t happened -- The AR Scene in the Bathroom -- it was such a soap opera
cliche, the writer's could have done better. Also, Angel's return at the end of S7 did not quite work and cheapened the Angel character. Was plot motivated, but out of character for Angel. Found it cringe inducing. And Caleb - ugh.

something you wish had happened but didn’t -- more interaction between characters like Spike and Willow after the events of S6, Willow and Faith, Faith and Xander,or more exploration of what it meant for Dawn to be the living embodiment of the key. Oh and better use of Ethan Rayne in the latter seasons.

favourite season 4 episode --- Restless

a character everyone loves that you don’t -- Harmony

a character everyone hates that you don’t --- Riley

something you don’t understand -- drawing a blank

favourite season 5 episode --- The Body

a character you wish had come back -- OZ

favourite season 6 episode -- Once More With Feeling

favourite big bad -- Angelus

favourite minor character -- Ethan

favourite monster -- Vampires (the rest were rather cheesy, also...vampires are monsters, they make monster movies about them...)

favourite season 7 episode -- Beneath You

favourite song used in an episode -- Pavlov's Bell

favourite omwf song -- Rest in Peace

favourite friendship - Willow/Buffy

episode you like that everyone hates -- Beer Bad

episode you hate that everyone likes -- Storyteller

character you relate to the most -- Willow

character that didn’t get enough screen time -- Giles & Ethan

favourite buffyverse quote --I'm paralysed with not caring all that much.

favourite acting moment -- Spike in Fool for Love

character you love to hate and character you hate to love --- not sure what this means. Faith

cutest moment/episode -- group hug in Dopplegangland

happiest moment/episode -- was there one? Ponders...ah...Willow's party at the end of Family?

most heartbreaking moment/episode -- The Body

funniest moment/episode --- Buffy and Spike fighting over the rocket launcher in front of Woods office. And Something Blue in its entirety

most infuriating moment/episode --- As You Were - pretty much the whole episode.

most attractive female/least attractive female --Faith/ was there one?

most attractive male/least attractive male --Spike/ Warren

character that grew on you - Tara (then they killed her off, typical)

character you used to love but now don’t anymore -- Angel

what character the show ruined and what character the show made fantastic --- Riley/Spike

what you love about the show -- humor, metaphors, emotional character arcs, ability to try new things and color outside the box

what you hate/what could have been done better about the show - uneven and inconsistent plotting. The writer's sucked at plotting and often feel into formula and campy comic book/soap cliche. I'd have rewritten various arc episodes in S6, S4, and S7. Found a way to incorporate Giles more into the story - - the writers clearly didn't know what to do with him or Joyce, they had troubles writing for adults or parents, and had them off screen. Made the show a bit more diversified, which to be fair was due mainly to the time-period it aired, the 90s and early 00s had issues with diversity, that didn't begin to change until Buffy's last two seasons. Notably, Whedon had attempted to cast a POC in Buffy's role or in Cordelia's role, but it was nixed by the network.

what btvs means to you -- introduced me to a lot of interesting and cool people around the world, changed my life

Well, most of it hasn't changed all that much. Wonder what I'd think if I re-watched the show now?
Can't, no time. But interesting to ponder.
