I can't answer your question completely, as I know nothing about Geocities specifically, I do very little actual uploading to the internet, and I'm not on my home computer on which I can try things out and then tell you what was successful, but I will try. You can upload and remove pages from most websites by using an FTP program -- I use WS_FTP, which you can search for at download.com (it's freeware). I found FTPing surprisingly easy and self-explanatory. However, you're going to need the password for the site. If you cannot contact your website designer, you're probably out of luck.
