Spontaneous Musings

I've actually been to Iowa and Kansas as a tourist yet I would not disagree with you. There are things to see in each but not a lot and chances are you have specialized interests if that's the case. And people do tend to be surprised if you mention vacationing there. I just had a conversation with a friend this past week about how the best quiche I've had in recent memory was at a small French restaurant in Cedar Rapids, and that I'd like to go back just so I can pre-order some to take home. Her predictable response was "Cedar Rapids, huh?"
