I do always like Boreanaz. I mean, he's easy on the eyes, and he's great at brooding. Does he brood a lot in Seal Team? Sounds like a broody role, or at least a potentially angsty one.
re: news - I can never do it. I think "Gosh, I will take a break from the news" and then I feel even more anxious because I'm ignorant of world events.
