It wouldn't have worked as well last year. Flows better this year. They
probably pulled the episodes after they realized the actress was pregnant
and would be on maternity leave and chose to throw them into the next
season, so she'd be in it, peripherally, adding material here and there,
where needed. (speculation, no idea, haven't read anything on this
including shapinglight's post)
