The taste of meringue and creame and orange sandwiches...basically you have two meringues, with a sort of whipped cream, and oranges in the center. Amazing. Got them in Wales
Huh, that's quite the combination.
Your comment about the rhubarb pie reminds me of this afternoon when I tried a quiche at a new place for lunch. It was fine but not as good as this little French place in Iowa. Everything there was good. Mike remembered nothing about the meal at all!
doesn't give me motion sickness at all (I tend to get motion sickness easily)
I've historically been very prone to it as well though it's diminished as I got older. That's good to hear though as at some point I'd like to take a long train trip and I'd prefer to think I'd be fine reading during it!
Also wouldn't mind learning to scuba dive, except it would kill me. My inner ear has issues. OR a hot air balloon. I like adventure travel.
I've thought of hot air balloons but I'm afraid of heights and I can't see being comfortable doing it. A friend did it a few times and loved it.
I also thought I'd like to scuba dive but it turns out that wouldn't work. A friend and I went on a "snuba" outing, where you were essentially snorkeling but with a floating can of air and a tube so you could dive down. I discovered minutes in that the air was so dry that it kept making me cough (obviously not great underwater). Luckily I enjoy snorkeling just fine but I was disappointed that scuba diving wouldn't be for me.
