You're absolutely right. Ten, Eleven and John Freaking Hurt (as the "War Doctor") rallied all 13(!) incarnations to "cup-a-soup" Gallifrey and tucked it into a pocket dimension, away from the Daleks. (Twelve revisited Gallifrey at the end of S9, and the Time Lords were as obnoxious as ever.)
