Re: Ah...James as rock star

Hope the above didn't sound too harsh in response to your entry...I just don't want to give the impression I'm critical of Marsters for doing this, I'm not. It would make me a hypocrite if I was. Since I know for a fact if I was him, I'd do it. Rock singers really don't have to be great singers - most aren't and if you were at this concert you'd know why - you can't bloody hear the singer anyway.

Thanks for your kind words on my post.

As for what he is like one-on-one? From what I've read? Very intelligent and very charismatic. Friends of mine who've met him report that. Also a very nice guy. While there have been a few people who said nasty things about him, the people I know personally who have friends who've interacted with him or have themselves - tell me
that he is very articulate and possibly the most interesting of the BTVS/ATS actors. No negative reports. Me? I think he's just an actor
guy - like the numerous actor guys I've met in NYC and in the theater, consummate performers - always on, insecure (the rejection is horrible in this field), intelligent, witty, and a little self-effacing. Performers are interesting people. Not easy to be in relationships with though - they live hard lives. I do not for a moment envy them.
