That £100,000 would have to pay the 11 guests, plus their hotels and travel expenses, plus the organiser's wages, plus whatever the venue charges for its rooms. I doubt any of the guests went away with more than £5,000. Not bad for two and a half days' work, but not a fortune either. I think some of them were in the UK anyway for other reasons, so it would have been easy money.
