people who were fans or shipped specific characters -- if you are an Ayra
fan and that's all you cared about? You'd have loved it.
If you were a fan of the Hound or Jon Snow or Davos ...yeah it works
beautifully. But it doesn't if you aren't or don't care, and were
interested in the story as a whole. Or if the characters you cared about
and found interesting weren't those four characters. That's the pattern
