That is true. So why not allow the surrender and have the army find them? Also, as other's have said elsewhere, does stone burn and crumble with dragon flame? Why go burn the castle like that?
I'm not sure what she could accomplish by willy nilly burning the city? Astapor made sense, because it was an entire city of slavers..but this one, just seems odd, somehow.
