Oh forgot...the music meme going around.
yourlibrarian's post had the letter F - and I answered.."Feet" - see Feet, although I got the spelling wrong. A friend did it on Facebook with the letter V - and I answered Vampire Weekend, because the others were taken. V is wickedly easy.
yourlibrarian gave me the letter gave me for reposting is B. So, if you'd like to play, the rules go thusly:
• Name a BAND (NOT a song, NOT a solo performer) that starts with the letter “B”.
• Please don’t Google one, just use your brain.
• I'll then give you a letter for you to REPOST.
This is an easy one. To make it more difficult - try not to use The Beach Boys.

Beatles?
Beach Boys?
Way too easy.
I'm going to go with Big Star, maybe the seminal rock band of the mid-1970s, which featured Alex Chilton, former lead vocalist of the Box Tops. Big Star's combination of propulsive pop melodies and aching vocal harmonies influenced legions of rock bands, even though Big Star itself sold almost no records. REM, The Replacements and The Bangles all have Big Star DNA. "In the Street," from the band's ironically titled "#1 Record," was the theme song for That 70s Show.
Recommended: if you can find it, "#1 Record" and its follow up, "Radio City" were released on a single CD. It's like listening to the secret origin of 80s alternative pop.
Runner up choice: The Band

Saw that. Actually, I'd forgotten about it - until I saw beergoodfoamy's post. (And my mind completely blanked on H. H is hard. So is F. B is ridiculously easy - I can come up with quite a few B bands without thinking that hard. V is also ridiculously easy.)

I'd agree with Big Star. My brother gave me CD's of Big Star back in the 1990s. Love them. Have them on my Iphone, along with...Lush, who is similar.
