I have it. Although not quite the same as hers. It's wildly common, but often hard to diagnose, because everyone's is different. All human brains are unique. We are not the same.
She makes a very good point about not comparing yourself to others. We have different lives. This woman - the one in the video - is doing very well.
And is surrounded by kind people and love, not everyone is.
