I feel for my poor cousin - but she's moved back to her family's home in PA, and is living in a rented house a block or two from her brother. The kids are smiling again. They moved her back home - because she was having a nervous breakdown. It was too much.
how there were marriages that were going to fall apart once people were together all the time and people could no longer hide their secrets.
Not just marriages. Roommates, lovers, boyfriends/girlfriends.
If you aren't used to spending a lot of time together, or living together in close proximity - it's going to cause issues.
And yeah, it's kind of hard to hide things from someone when you are in lockdown together.
My heart goes out to my cousin - who thought she'd married the love of her life. She had romanticized the relationship and him. The blinders were bound to come off eventually.
