No, not really - there's a controversy in the art world. Between defining "conceptual art" and "installation art".

My brother combined the two - seeing conceptual art as the same as installation. It doesn't just live on paper.

So if you want to be "technical" about it - fine,
it is installation art but the purpose again is how others interact with it.

Again, artists argue about this all the time. They like to define themselves, but they disagree on the definitions.
