Chosen - I could deal with. It was flawed, but the intent behind it seemed sincere enough. But S8 unfortunately reveals things in the entire series of Buffy, Angel, Firefly, and Dollhouse that I did not want to see. There's a scarey trend here - each of these powerful women Whedon creates - are created by or controlled by or given their power by men, it's almost as if Whedon is doing a twisted take on Pgymallion over and over again.
