I remember reading that Ryan Coogler and the cast had stated that they resolved the Letitia Wright issue internally, things were okay, and going smoothly. They didn't go into detail, which was interesting. The press does blow things out of proportion and take stuff out of context. I've been picking up on that lately. Reading the Perry bio, then checking to see reactions to it on the internet - the disconnect is huge. For example? They state Valeria Bertinelli is mortified that they had a makeout session when she was married. But they never had a makeout session. He states she was completely out of his league, he had a giant crush on her and she was marvelous. I'm wondering if people actually read the book? So, I'm wondering how much of that Letitia Wright story was actually true.
I was a bit doubtful about the idea of the mantle T'Challa Jr may someday take on after a childhood of, frankly, not being much prepared for it. Even just for the intra-Wakanda stuff I'd want to come in already knowing the people and leaders well!
More story potential though. I mean if he was raised there and known to be T'Challa's son, and expected to be King, that would be kind of boring to watch. But if he isn't known, wasn't raised there, and is an outsider - that opens things up a bit for stories. A lot more you can do there.
