Let's all fight over ranking the best Marvel Super Hero Action Films, it'll be funny.
Ranking the Marvel Cinematic Universe from Worse to Best
I think my brother would take exception to the list. His favorite superhero film is Ang Lee's The Incredible Hulk.
Steven DeKnight stated on Twitter that while he was happy Doctor Strange was so high up on the list, he thought it was a shit take on the list.

I'd have put Black Panther, Endgame, Infinity War, Antman, and Black Widow higher. Doctor Strange shouldn't be that high up.

I'd have put Black Panther, Wakanda Forever, and The First Avenger a bit higher. Also Spiderman was overrated, as was Civil War and the Whedon Avenger's flicks.

But even I admit, First Avenger should have been higher, and Black Panther and Wakanda Forever both origin stories were the best.

Ditto putting Shang-chi at eleven (JUUUST outside the Top Ten) and Black Panther at six (JUUUST outside the Top Five). My affection for Shang-chi may be due to my love of martial arts movies and also Tony Leung & Michelle Yeoh, but Black Panther is a straight-up masterpiece.
Captain Marvel at middle-of-the-pack seems about right. Black Widow should be a couple of notches higher.
I've not seen the Spider-men except for the most recent one (meh, though it was nice to see the folks from the Sam Raimi movies again), and I liked Iron Man 1 and the Avengers and Captain Americas less than most people, so my taste is admittedly suspect.
While we're here I'd knock Guardians 1 down a few but I freely admit that's personal preference, and it does a fine job of being what it wants to be.

Because I'd put the Thor films at the end of the list. Same with alot of the Iron Man and Captain America films - along with Doctor Strange. Iron Man 1 is an excellent film, but the followups are largely forgetable. The First Avenger is a good film...and Winter Solider is a good old style spy thriller, but Civil War is busy (I loved it, but..)
I'd put Black Panther at number 1 - there's a reason it was nominated for awards. Wakanda Forever a bit higher, Knock down the Spiderman films (honestly they've been done to death, although the last one was my favorite because Doctor Strange was the unintentional villain of it - which dammit, they never followed up on or acknowledged - ruining it. The animated one was better).
So yeah, I agree with you for the most part. Antman I'd have put above the Thor films. The only Thor film I enjoyed was Thor: Raganarock.
Shang-Chi was interesting and different - it stands out. As did Black Widow. Black Panther.
And Wakanda Forever.
