You can't really comment effectively on a television series that you haven't seen without getting most of it wrong. LOL! Be like me commenting on Rick & Morty.
It's about a so-so garage band that goes to LA and tries to make it big, finagles a tour and an album, and has a whiny/depressive alcohol/drug addicted poor little rich girl, who can write great songs and kind of sing, thrust on them by their record producer. Mainly because the only songs the front man can write are guilt-ridden love songs about his desire to be a good guy to his wife, and he ignores the rest of the band - basically a self-serving dick. The dickish front man (aren't they all?) and the new gal fight, write songs, make out, and try to avoid having an affair (because he's married and has a kid). They briefly hit it big with their release of their first album, but during their first big tour - they have a falling out and break up. Years later for some reason or other, a documentary crew decides they want to get to the bottom of why they broke up. It's blatantly obvious - so not quite sure why? Also, they only had one hit album, and one hit tour.
New Adult genre. You'd hate it. Fleetwood Mac it's not.
I'm thinking it's probably Zak Starkey. But I've really no idea. Lewis made a huge deal about it. But everyone else was kind of like, eh, meh.
