TV Ratings...with snarky commentary, because otherwise what's the point?

Received my EW mag today, it actually required me hunting for it - because whomever picked up the mail from the floor (everything falls through the same mail slot onto the floor or a basket) and sorted it on the little cart, decided to throw the mag in with the endless pile of catalogues and junk. (Annoying.) So I almost missed it. And considering it's the only thing I enjoy getting in the mail...

Anywho...they have a chart of the top broadcast tv series with the highest ratings this fall.
What is interesting about it - is I watch maybe 10% of the series in the top 60? And several which are up there...boggle my mind. What the hell, people? Seriously, what the hell? Do you just wander about with it on in the background?
