(no subject)

1)Reviewed the current EW...and apparently...next season is the last for Justified. Not overly surprised, after Elmore Leonard's death...heck even before it, it felt like it was on its last legs. TV series that are ending this year are: 1) Newsroom, 2) Boardwalk Empire, and 3) True Blood. Bones is slated to end after it's 10th season.

Upcoming series: 1. Fargo starring Sherlock's and The Hobbit's Martin Freeman (F/X) and 2) Tyrant - a Middle East despot drama (F/X) 3.) The Left-overs (HBO) by Damon Lindelof, 4) Silcon Valley by Mike Judge (think the Office meets the Social Network), and 4) Outlander on Starz (which actually does not bode well, because Starz sucks at execution - according to flist.)

Series in the works...1) Fox: Broadchurch remake - "Gracepoint" and Batman Origin Story "Gotham". 2) NBC: Wizard of OZ inspired "Emerald City", a pilot from Amy Poehler starring Natasha Lyonne as a woman who works with senior citzens, and a pilot starring Katherine Heigl as a CIA attache (didn't USA already do that one with Covert Affairs?)

2)It's warming up here. Made it to a balmy 30 degrees. Possibly 40 degrees by the weekend.
We're almost as warm as Antartica in the summertime. ;-)
