Saw the play "The Man in the Woman's Shoes".

Below is the video explaining what the show is about and why it came about.

The play is about a cobbler, a shoe-maker, who makes a pair of shoes for the female manager of a local football (soccer) team. He decides to break in her shoes for her, so he walks five miles in her shoes. The man can't talk.

The actor who also wrote the play, performs all the roles, including animals, and at a certain point a bit of magic happens -- my mind began to forget I was watching a one-man show and I saw all the characters on stage.

It was amazing. Laughed and cried throughout. The perfect anti-dote to the news.

On the pain front? Ouch. My knee, back and hip hurt throughout the performance, mainly because the seats provided little back support, and I had to walk about twenty mintues to get there. My leg starts to hurt after about fifteen.

It hurt less when I ran errands during the day.
