My husband explained the weatherman thing to me once.
Apparently there are 6-15 weather computer models that weathermen check, any one of which could be correct. Or not. Depending on the one they choose to accept, this will change their forecast. Each weatherman has their own favorites, so every forecast depends on that. If your weatherman chooses the wrong model, he will be wrong. Or conversely, correct.
