1. Well, I've a date now - and ticket for Oppenheimer on Saturday, August 12. On 70 mm screen. The film was shot in 70 mm.

Something to look forward to.

2. Did a little research into The Legend of Vox Machina - an adult anime on Amazon Prime, and discovered it's created by a bunch of voice actors (Critical Role). They created the story while playing Dungeons and Dragon, and filming or recording their sessions on Twitch and Youtube. They formed the story during the game. The Dungeon Master - Mathew Mercer in charge of the plot, and they were in charge of their characters reactions. And being voice actors - they could get it across with vocalizations. The animated series while featuring guest voice actors like David Tennant, Lance Reddick, and Felicia Day (among others) stars the original voice actors of the D&D Game podcasts in their original roles: "The series is based on the first campaign of the Dungeons & Dragons web series Critical Role. It stars Laura Bailey, Taliesin Jaffe, Ashley Johnson, Matthew Mercer, Liam O'Brien, Marisha Ray, Sam Riegel, and Travis Willingham, reprising their roles from the campaign."

They are the most watched program on Twitch. And became so popular that they got the idea to turn it into an animated film - started a kickstarted campaign - got the funding, and Amazon got interested - and voila, an animated television series.

Being actors - they have developed the characters fully, and their world via D&D. They also kind of threw a lot of rules out of the window.

3. BYT told me I could take Friday off, and switch the 30 for the 4, or just add the 4th. Since she knows I'm trying to burn off vacation days.

Then, voila - one of my projects suddenly took off without warning. And I may have to post it/advertise it tomorrow or by Friday.

So, it may not happen. Which is okay - I'm still taking Monday. [ I kind of feel for BYT - she's stuck, and has difficult people to manage, and no real support.]

4. AA informed me that he doesn't go to the movie theater. He shows films either in his backyard with a film projector, or on the 75 inch television screen. And he has an app that cost $50 a month that is IP Shows - Internet Web downloads. It has everything - Oppenheimer is already on it. Out of Thailand apparently.

Not sure what this or what it is called. Feels pirated to me - although he said it was legit.

5. Mother stated that her sister's friends were using something called Embr Wave- that you put on your wrist to fend off hot flashes. They say it's working.

It's not cheap. About $299-360. So...there's that.
