shadowkatOkay, saw "Across the Spiderverse" finally on Netflix - and it's good. Really good. Better than the first film, Into the Spiderverse. And, the critics were right - it basically does the same story that The Flash did, but oh so much better. And wisely split the story into two films, and dealt with the complexities of the concept in a far more interesting manner.
Skip The Flash movie, folks, and watch this.
The humor is also delightful. I never laughed during The Flash, but I laugh quite a bit in this one - it has some lovely physical gags.
And the animation - blew my mind. Best animated film I've seen in a long time.
Granted, it's not for everyone - if you are sensitive to strobe lighting or bright lights? Skip. It will give you a migraine. I'm not sensitive and it bugged me at different points, and really annoyed a few co-workers.
