My Aunt (who was a librarian in Vegas) introduced me to the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings. She loved them. And up until recently, I was the only one who had read them in my family. My brother finally read them to his daughter - about ten to fifteen years ago. He started reading fantasy when he had a kid.
