I've admittedly fallen for the non-April Fool's fake news that John Barrowman, and two others were starring in a reboot of Torchwood. Only to have Barrowman himself debunk it. (Apparently he's persona non gratis with the BBC.)
James Marsters did an April Fools on social media that he was being cast as Angel on the reboot of Buffy (I did not fall for that).
