I was surprised by it as well - but I'm also reminded that some of the conservative judges really are only conservative about one or two issues, nothing else - and uphold the rule of law. Coney Bryant hates abortion but she also hates Trump. And weirdly a lot of States have enacted abortion protections so it's almost moot.
