Friends of mine were at the demo in New Orleans and one of the Pippa doll collectors was in New York, so I saw some photos from on the ground at those protests too. I heard that not only did a bunch of people apply for tickets for the military parade and then not show up on purpose but there were adverts for paid audience members, especially for minorities to make it look better. I just wish there had been an actual storm in DC so they couldn’t have held the parade.
