I've found Jeeves and Wooster - which I've been dying to see forever, Hugh Laurie plays the comic role of Wooster in the BBC version of PG Wodehouse series which I adore. Also found Shield S1, and Six Feet Under S3 ( I had to give up HBO/SHowtime after S2, so couldn't see the rest of them.) Plus the Mizukai animated movies.
The only drawback is you sort of have to know what you are looking for - but then you have to do that in a video store too. And I'll probably still rent occassionally from Blockbuster. Ah, a way to stroke my media junkie fetish - she says watching Gilmore Girls reruns on ABC Family.
