About a third of the people in my office didn't have power last night or today. And my nephew goes to UA. They've now canceled the rest of the semester and graduation (and he was supposed to graduate). They're allowed to graduate in August, but there will be no May/June graduation. On the brighter side, he can come home and his parents have water and power.
