This season of Mad Men is shaping up as my favorite so far as well, and I suspect that Peggy's larger role in it plays into that as I find her the most interesting character. Moreover, the Peggy and Don relationship is the most interesting to me. I find it the least predictable and the most complex, and this latest episode was a good example of why.
