Agreed. Saving Grace was just unwatchable. I know, I tried two episodes and gave up. Usually I can make it to at least five before I throw in the towel.
Another person on my flist, cjlasky - who does watch Without A Trace regularly to the point of knowing spoilers on it - he told me about the appearance first but only the teaser. According to him, the role is slatted to be a potential romantic interest for one of the leads (whose currently involved or semi-involved with another lead). He said it was someone named "Sam" (female) whose involved with Poppy Montgomery. The show has gotten more shippy since I last watched it - in order to compete with ER and other shows. So not a straight procedural.
Will DVR tomorrow. It's also in reruns on TNT by the way - Wed's I think. I have a problem - Thursday nights are getting way too crowded. I'm too eclectic in my tv viewing habits for my own good.
