Well I am glad I read it before it was deleted... I'm not sure who you were afraid of offending, pretty much your flist agrees w/your POV (not like at the old Buffy boards where it was so easy to step on the toes of people shipping other pairings).
Personally I would be more inclined to delete the objectionable comments rather than deleting my post they (those total strangers who I owe nothing to, and whose feelings I don't particularly care about) are whining about. But that is just me.
